new fav: rex ray

Thanks, CrustStation (also a newish fav), for introducing me to the wonderful art of Rex Ray. Ray creates canvas, paper collage and resin panel works--all full of color and many with a little retro appeal, if you ask me. The collage works also remind me of a grown-up Eric Carle, perhaps because of the color quality, and are my favorite but I adore the resin panels too.

Ray has also worked on other mass-market projects, even with the likes of none other than David Bowie.
