wedding snapshots

These are a few shots of Lane & Britton's wedding. I feel a little silly blogging about it without her permission but she probably doesn't mind, and I can't ask her as it's likely she's currently basking under the Mayan sun.

Yellow is the color of Lane's life, and if she had her quirky-and-lovable way, each of those sun-colored days would be complemented with something as sweet as a marshmallow Peep. And as many friends and loved ones as she could possibly pack into a 24-hour period. Don't worry; Brit got his Funfetti groom's cake (thanks to Jamie Anne, who made it look cute as a button and taste even better) and petite cut-glass bowl of Jujubes.

Congratulations, lovebirds. As Curtis would say, "Here's to 2007's Unstoppable Love Force." (Good toast, babe.)

Looks like a fabulous BASH! I could tell by the yellow shoes in your previous post that it must have been great. . . and as your pictures tell the story, it appears it was (of course)! Congrats to your sister and how fun for your family. . . I love a wedding in the family.

That has to be my favorite toast of all time. Go Curt! Matt and I had such a great time at the wedding. Everything was so beautiful and the weather cooperated so well. Nothing like a backyard wedding on a summer's night with great company. Incidentally, Matt and I ate our leftover peeps the next morning for breakfast!

Oh, these are the firt pics I've seen of the big day! I told Brit now I know why people hire photographers, so they can see what happened at their own wedding :)

What a happy day with so many friends and family. The pics are perfect, Al. Don't quit with the camera. And I want copies!
