color wheel
Lately I've been wanting a big print of a color wheel to hang on the wall. A reproduction of this 1708 color wheel by Boutet would do the job, though it's definitely more antique than I would usually go. :) Funny how the shapes and bright colors give this timepiece an immediately modern look. At least to me they do.

great idea. another cool wall hanging i saw the other day, was a framed Italian scarf. it had a similar look to these prints, and was so lovely and old-fashioned, but still colorful and cheerful. xo
I think I might have to just steal this idea! I adore color wheels.
