postcard from paris
If you go to this site, two Parisians will send you or your grandma a postcard from Paris. It won't be vintage like the one above, and it'll cost you about $30, but the idea is good, don't you think?

Oh... this reminds me of something I saw a year ago. You could buy a disposable camera with undeveloped shots by somebody in Paris, or a whole slew of other cities.
It was kindof a potluck thing to see what you'd get. I think it's a great scheme don't you? Maybe we should start a swapping version between us bloggers!
