better with lemon

I had this tasty five-minute meal thought up by Ashley Helvey for lunch today and yesterday. It was my first time cooking collard greens ... I had to cook them because I had no idea they are so bitter when raw.

Cannellini beans, collard greens, parmesan, lemon, red pepper flakes. I added salt and pepper.
