cool hand luke

I can't wrap my brain around how/why Cool Hand Luke didn't make the cut for AFI's list of 100 greatest films. We semi-recently watched it again and both loved it: the prettiest views of Midwest countryside; a cool, relaxed, guitar-only score; and though the plot is a little absent, it's still a little sad--the story of one guy's indestructable human spirit.

If you haven't seen it, run don't walk to the nearest rental place, or just join Netflix and add it to your list. It will not disappoint.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to get my hands on the soundtrack.

This is one of Cody and I's favorite too.
I think this movie really set the trend for the aviators.

Love the cinematography, and those aviators. "Now, what we have here is a failure to communicate." This movie is soooo good.
