a few things

A few things I've learned this week:

1. A Jell-o Pudding Snack in the freezer does not a Jell-o Pudding Pop make.
2. The friends you make in high school are some of your best.
3. Sometimes just letting your hair grow is the answer to your hairstyle woes.
4. The people are usually more interesting than the product.
5. Paul McCartney has not lost it.
6. "Abscond" means "to depart clandestinely; to steal off and hide."
7. An ill-fitting shoe can redefine the term "wiggle room." Sometimes you don't want it.
8. Your name is more memorable if you liken it to a reptile, like an alligator.
9. People are surprisingly nice.
10. You can be inspired by almost anything you see. Like the above photo.

Sarah, it wish it was my jewelry board. Instead, it's a bits-and-bobbins board at Fashion Affair, the store we wrote about today on Your Heart Out.com.

Ali... loved this.

Guess what? My sister found a method of creating Puddin' Pops, and it is very close to the real deal.

Ali, I love the way you captured our little visit to the fabric shop. It really was kind of magical/inspirational.

Lacey, share the puddin' pops recipe!

Ali, you have such a way with finding beauty in every day life. I love reading your posts and the pictures that accompany them.

I've been to that fabric store many a time (that's where we got my wedding dress fabrics) and you caught the mood of it so well.. did you take the pics for YHO too?

Folks, hold the phone- I have been buying Jello-pudding pops at my grocer! Market Basket & Shaws in Boston carry um. Check your grocer to see if them have reappeared. I have yet to find the longed for Jello gelatin pop though. If anyone sees those then let me know. Remember when Bill Cosby used to do the commercials? The best!

I DON'T believe it! I'll see what Harmon's has "in store" for me.
