I like to think of my little space on the web as a gathering place for everything I like. Just so I don't forget. I also think of it as a place where I can brag about other people's talents and skills. I really like to do this. But it's even better when I know the person I'm admiring.

My friend Allison is one such person. She's also probably the nicest person I know. I've blogged about her professional work before but lately, her vision and technique are really blossoming. I can't get over her photos featuring the yellow dress. The retailer probably wishes they had some images like these.

Visit her new photo blog at www.allieanne.blogspot.com.

Oh my gosh! These were taken at my friend Jonathan Canlas' film workshop in Hawaii. And that's the beautiful Kati (whom I have not yet met) in the yellow dress. Blogland is such a big place to be so small!
