manicures a la my heartistry

manis

I dig style and beauty blog My Heartistry because the beauty world is a world I know nothing about, and am usually too afraid/lazy to enter. Since I'm a nail biter of the worst kind, I have to try and keep my nails pretty so I don't mess them up. Here are two fun ideas she uncovered, from the Cherry Blossom Girl and Seablanket. Sparkles need not be reserved for the holidays; am I right or am I right?

Vintage manicure info here.
Rhinestone manicure info here.

For a second I thought those were sprinkles. Like for a cake. Wouldn't that be kind of awesome? I mean, it would only last like one night, but you know, for a party or something.
