dress-ups with polyvore
My friend/boss just sent me an e-mail that included a link to Polyvore, which is lots of fun if you like(d) playing dress-ups or paper dolls. The idea is kind of similar to that of StyleHive, but I think Polyvore is waaay cooler because it's not just about being the first to select products and "claim" them. At Polyvore, users build outfits and then rank one another's styling skills. Naturally, it's interesting to see how inventive regular folks like you and me can be at putting ensembles together. And the outfits come complete with links to all the ways a product has been used, like the umbrella, for example.
Give it a spin here. (Might have come in handy with that last post.)

Oh what a cute concept!
You can add your selections to your Facebook profile as well.
Great selection,I chose a Chanel bag too.
Oh, I didn't make this one. It was just one of the ones that was on the homepage when I opened it. I WISH I had thought to put something so fab together. :)
I love the jacket... nice pick!

Agreed that this is definitely more fun (and creative feeling) than Stylehive, which I can't figure out how to un-join.
Sounds like great fun, I'm off to play! :)
