jewelry, please

Unlike many of my friends, jewelry is not my strength. Which isn't to say that I don't have some nice things, thanks to my sisters and Mom, primarily. (Thanks for trying to make me pretty.)

Like most of you, I just got an e-mail from Urban about new products. I steered clear of the apparel (see this post), but I love some of the new necklaces. I'm especially fond of the Kenneth Jay Lane-inspired rusty strawberry w/ jewels that is pictured in the teaser photo, but I couldn't locate it for purchase anywhere. Am I blind? Could it be this one?

That little owl is pretty cute though, and I love the idea of a locket watch--not to be confused with a pocket watch.

I really like the middle blue pendant. i've been eyeing it for a couple weeks now trying to rationalize the cost and shipping (since it's WAY to cold to shop outside)

I completely understand. I'm bad at jewelry. I always find myself not buying it because, hey--look at all those clothes to buy!--and what were we talking about?

I need jewelry education. I've picked up what I do know about jewelry behind the Target clearance rack, and I'm not proud.

Yes, that is it Ali. I think it looks cuter in the teaser photo. And not worth 20 bucks. But then again, I'm stingy when it comes to jewelry...unless it's real gems. Then I splurge! Otherwise, the cheaper and trashier, the better!

very cute stuff Ali! And what do you mean jewelry is not your strength, I have to disagree.

I really liked these necklaces too Ali.. I thought it was about time Urban came up with a little bit more classy jewelry, for a while there it was ULTRA 80's... and some of the jewelrly looked really, really cheap. So, good choices!
